SMS Service Agreement
Voice Venture AI operates student information and documentation services on behalf of your child's school district. As an optional convenience, your school district may use our platform to send SMS notifications to parents and guardians regarding IEP meeting notices, reminders, and related special education communications.
SMS is voluntary and not required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment, IEP services, special education eligibility, or participation in any school program. If you decline SMS or opt out, the district will continue to provide required notices and services through phone, email, mail, or in-person communication as applicable.
Parents provide optional SMS consent through the school district's annual enrollment form (view sample form). Message frequency varies (approx. 2–4 messages/month). Message and data rates may apply.
Who Sends Messages
Voice Venture AI on behalf of your child's school district
We operate as a FERPA-compliant sub-processor and service provider supporting your local school district.
Message Types
IEP updates, meeting reminders, service log notifications
Crucial communications relating to special education plans, scheduled reviews, and service coordination logs.
Frequency
Varies based on school activity
Message frequency is strictly based on direct student activity, IEP schedules, and school personnel coordination.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time
Text STOP to opt-out. You will receive one final confirmation SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
